We were invited by Dr. Ruth Herbert at The University of Sheffield to help staff in their speech and language department in the creation of a series of learning aids for people who had suffered Aphasia as the result of a Stroke. An illustrative style was developed based on feedback from focus groups, leading to a comprehensive set of 'cards' which Speech and Language Therapists can use to work with patients.
